Terms & Conditions
Prices are listed and transacted in Singapore dollars. Singapore’s goods and services tax (GST) are not applicable for purchases made and shipped within Singapore. Prices listed on the website are for products only and do not include shipping, import duties or custom charges.
All payments are to be made securely via Visa or Master credit/debit cards (powered by WorldPay’s online payment gateway) or Paypal, and will be guided legally by the terms and conditions of Paypal and Worldpay.
The site is updated regularly to ensure our stock availability status is accurate. In the unforeseen event of an irregularity where your order has been accepted and the item you have ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible (within 2 working days). You may choose to wait for the stock to be next available or to cancel the order and get a refund payment.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process all orders within 2 working days upon verification of payment (Monday through Friday excluding public holidays in Singapore). All packages will be shipped according to the mailing address provided and the shipping option you have selected when placing your order. Tracking numbers will only be available for shipments made via registered mail (for Singapore and selected countries as listed here) and Express shipping methods. We will not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during the shipping process or due to incorrect mailing address being provided.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow returns or exchanges on all our regular priced products within 7 days of the date of receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number before you return the product to us.
The following terms apply:
• all items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging (ie boxes cannot be torn open),
• sales items (those displaying a reduced price) are not refundable or exchangeable,
• refunds will be made on product price only, shipping charges will not be refunded,
• where customer choose to do an exchange, customer will have to bear the re-shipping cost (both ways, to and from The Joy Troopers),
• all returns and exchanges will only be made after we have sent you a return authorization number. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Accuracy of Content
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. In the unforeseen event of pricing errors or typographical errors on our website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order, unless the order has already been dispatched. You will be notified of any order cancellation and your payment will be refunded. In addition, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We also reserve the right to change any information on this website, without prior notice.
Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Hanzhi Khoo. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Hanzhi Khoo.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Singapore. The Courts at Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
